Garnish Event Services is proud to partner with Biomodics Inc., a registered nonprofit organization. Vendor booth fees are processed through Biomodics Inc., making it tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

By securing a booth at our bridal show, you're not just showcasing your business — you're making a charitable contribution that supports local communities through food distribution programs and career enhancement initiatives.

This is more than an event; it's a mission to uplift small businesses, spark entrepreneurship, and give back in meaningful ways.

A donation receipt will be issued by Biomodics Inc. after registration.

Vendors agree to participate in the event understanding that booth fees are non-refundable unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the event date, in which case a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. In the rare case that the event is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, vendors will receive a full refund. Vendors are responsible for the setup and breakdown of their own booth spaces, including all decor, signage, displays, and equipment. All vendor areas must be fully set up before the event start time and cleaned up thoroughly by the end of the event. Vendors are also responsible for removing all trash and ensuring their area is left in good condition.  Vendors are solely responsible for their property, merchandise, and personal belongings during the event. Garnish Event Services, Biomodics Inc., the venue, and all affiliated personnel are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur. By participating, vendors agree to hold all aforementioned parties harmless from any and all claims arising from their involvement in the event.
